Automatic Self Adhesive Sticker labelling machine is Generally Installed in–line; Glass Containers are transported along a slat conveyor and separated by a Roller before entering the labelling station. The Label is placed on the Container immediately when it comes below the Container Sensor, Thus ensuring instant adhesion of the label’s edge. Then it passes through the pressing unit resulting in precise registration and crease – tree application.
Pick and place labelling systems (for orientation and high accuracy) technique is one of the most consistent ways to apply labels to both cylindrical and conical shapes. It secures products, normally in a three-roller mechanism, rotating and applying the label in synchronous motion. This method increases label placement accuracy, especially with products of poor quality.
