Automatic Linear Piston filler is an extremely flexible filler capable of filling accurately and rapidly any viscous liquid. Product delivery from your bulk tank to the pistons can be configured with a buffer tank utilizing a level-sensing float, a manifold with direct draw, or re-circulation methods. The SHREE BHAGWATI Automatic Linear Piston Filling Machine is manufactured with a 304 stainless steel frame. All contact parts made from stainless steel 316 and is capable of supporting 1 to 12 fill heads. PLC controls, touch screen HMI, food grade contact parts, stainless steel and anodized aluminum construction and many more features come standard. The horizontal servo volumetric piston is one of the accurate and versatile type of piston filler available. It is suitable for wide variety of semi-viscous and High Viscous products.

Volumetric piston filler is used when a consistent, accurate volume of product is desired. The Servo driven Piston filling feature allows the operator to adjust the fill volume via touch screen located on the operator interface, and comes standard with recipe recall where you can create, copy, and recall. It is also capable of storing over multiple recipes and has the ability of profile filling using accurate.
