It is equipped with competitive features including cap sorting mechanism which helps to ensures perfect cap discharge over the conveyer belt. It is also made to remain compatible for positioning consistent and steadfast mechanical drive. The overall machine is simple to operate, easy to maintain, and suitable to handle diversified forms of caps.
Working Principle
- Cap Feeding: Caps are fed into the machine, usually through a hopper and a sorting mechanism that orients them correctly.
- WAD Feeding: WADs are supplied to the machine from a reel or a stack.
- Insertion Mechanism: The machine aligns the WAD with the cap and inserts it using a combination of mechanical arms, pneumatic systems, or vacuum systems.
- Sealing: In some cases, the machine also applies pressure or heat to ensure that the WAD adheres securely to the cap.
