Our Roller Compactor Machine is engineered for dry granulation of pharmaceutical ingredients, and finds versatile applications in the food and chemical industries for densification and granulation of powders. This machine enhances bulk density, produces dust-free granules, and optimizes packing size through high-pressure compaction.

How It Works: Powdered material is fed between two counter-rotating rolls under significant pressure. As the material moves through the high-pressure zone, it is compacted into solid sheets or flakes. These flakes are then reduced in size to achieve the desired granule size while minimizing the generation of fines.
