Paste Kettle is designed for paste preparation. It has a universal application resulting in uniform melting. We develop a tank to meet the missing needs of a broader range of products under varied operating conditions in the chemicals, Foods, Cosmetics, and Pharmaceutical Industry.
Water or suitable liquid is heated inside the paste kettle and after getting proper temperature by the liquid, starch or other binders added to prepare the proper paste & the same is used for further Granulation process equipments like Mass Mixer, RMG, FBD.
The basic principle utilized in this Kettle’s design is the jacket for passing steam to melt down the product to make a paste. This Kettle has a unique tilting arrangement for discharging the product.
General Description:
Based on advance mechanism and made from fine grade material the machine is widely used for paste / binder preparation for RMG Process. Stainless steel is used for making all the contact and non-contact parts of the machines. The main drive of the equipment is provided with VFD for fine control of impeller speed. It is also provided with an inbuilt heat element jacket thus, providing with efficient working.
