Filling and sealing of dry syrup powder in monoblocks on an automatic basis Vacuum principle is used with a rotating star wheel, piston assembly, and a rotating funnel head on the machine. Dry syrup powder is used to fill bottles in the pharmaceuticals, dairy and agrochemical industries, as well as in the food and beverage industry. Multifunctional, self-supported stainless steel structures support the automatic monoblock rotary dry syrup filling/sealing/closing machine.
The machine has a conveyor, a rotary star wheel with funnel head, a piston for filling, and a rotary capping head, all of which are precision built. It is based on a vacuum principle and rotates. The unit is designed to be compact, versatile, and elegantly matte finished in stainless steel. Its main drive consists of a conveyor drive, rotating star wheel and powder filling head, cap-feeding bowl, cap sealing head, as well as synchronised variable speed drive gear motors.
